Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ImgToSTL, you agree to these Terms of Service and our related policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

ImgToSTL provides web-based AI tools for image, 3D, texture, file conversion, billing, credits, storage, preview, and related workflow features. AI outputs are generated automatically and may vary in quality, accuracy, geometry, texture fidelity, file compatibility, and usefulness for your specific purpose.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, login session, uploaded content, prompts, purchases, and use of generated outputs. Keep your account secure and contact us promptly if you believe it has been misused.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate any law, regulation, third-party right, copyright, trademark, privacy right, or contractual obligation
• Upload content you do not have the right to use
• Generate, upload, or distribute illegal, harmful, hateful, abusive, sexual, violent, deceptive, spam, malware, or infringing content
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, bypass limits, resell unauthorized access, or interfere with service security
• Abuse trials, credits, refunds, promotions, payment systems, or chargeback processes

We may refuse processing, remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or preserve records when needed to protect the service, users, providers, or legal interests.

Credits, Subscriptions, and Billing

• Each generation or operation may consume credits. The displayed credit cost before confirmation is the applicable cost for that operation
• Failed jobs generally do not consume credits or may be automatically refunded depending on the failure mode
• Credits are a limited digital service entitlement, not stored value, cash, currency, or a transferable asset
• We may offer one-time credit packs and monthly or yearly subscriptions
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges through the selected payment provider
• Subscription credits are monthly allowances, including for yearly subscriptions. Unused subscription credits do not roll over and may expire at the end of each allowance cycle
• One-time credits may have a rolling validity period as displayed in the product or billing page
• When an account has multiple credit types, the system may consume subscription credits before one-time credits to preserve longer-lived balances
• Prices, packages, model availability, and credit costs may change based on provider costs, model updates, currency fluctuations, or product changes. We will provide notice where required

Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel an active subscription from your dashboard when supported by the payment provider. Standard cancellation stops future renewal; access and unused subscription credits may continue until the end of the current period unless the subscription is immediately cancelled due to refund, dispute, abuse, provider action, or support intervention.

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. If a refund is approved, remaining credits or subscription access associated with the refunded order may be revoked. Used credits, completed compute work, downloaded outputs, or significant usage may reduce or eliminate refund eligibility, except where we choose to make a goodwill exception.

AI Output and User Content

You retain rights you already have in content you upload. Subject to these Terms and your rights in the original content, outputs generated for you are made available for your use. You are responsible for reviewing whether outputs are suitable and lawful for your intended use. We do not guarantee that AI-generated output will be accurate, error-free, production-ready, unique, non-infringing, or suitable for any particular use. To operate the service and resolve user issues, we and our service providers may access and manually review specific uploads, prompts, outputs, and job records when reasonably necessary for customer support, troubleshooting, refund or dispute review, safety or abuse investigations, legal compliance, or service quality validation. Unless separately disclosed or permitted by you, customer content will not be used as a public marketing example or for model training.

Third-Party Services

The service may rely on third-party providers for AI processing, hosting, storage, payments, analytics, email, and monitoring. Their availability, processing time, output quality, and payment settlement behavior may affect your experience.

Service Availability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We work to maintain reliability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, model availability, or backward compatibility for every feature or file.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Please contact support first if something goes wrong. For unjustified chargebacks or disputes involving delivered digital services, we may suspend the account, revoke credits, provide usage and agreement records to the payment provider, and recover dispute fees where allowed.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the claim.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risks, payment issues, legal requirements, or abuse. Data deletion and retention follow our Privacy Policy. The platform provides temporary cloud storage for generated asset files, generally for 30 days after completion unless a product page states otherwise. You are responsible for downloading and backing up files during the availability window. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of files after expiration, lifecycle cleanup, user deletion, account termination, provider failures, or other storage maintenance.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
