Frequently Asked Questions
How are credits calculated? How much does each process cost?
Each operation shows its credit cost before you confirm. Different models consume varying amounts of compute credits. Transparent billing — you pay only for what you use.
Do credits expire?
One-time credits remain valid for up to 1 year from your latest credit pack purchase. Each new credit pack purchase extends that validity by another year. Subscription credits are issued monthly and expire with each allowance cycle.
What uploads are supported? Any size limits?
We support common image uploads. Size limits vary by model: most support up to 20MB, while some are limited to 10MB. Please follow the upload prompt shown in the current workflow.
Am I charged credits if processing fails?
Failed jobs do not consume credits in the final result. Credits may be reserved when a job starts and are automatically refunded if processing fails.
Do you offer enterprise discounts?

Do one-time credit packs auto-renew?
No. One-time credit packs are single purchases with no auto-renewal. Auto-renewal only applies if you specifically choose a monthly or yearly 'Subscription Plan'.
Do subscriptions auto-renew? How can I cancel?
Yes, monthly plans renew monthly and yearly plans renew yearly. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. After cancellation, your subscription stays usable until the paid period ends. Subscription credits are still issued and expired by monthly allowance cycles.
How are credits consumed if I have both subscription and permanent credits?
Our system always consumes your subscription credits first. Your one-time permanent credits will only be used if your subscription credits run out. Unused subscription credits expire at the end of each monthly allowance cycle and do not roll over, whereas permanent credits remain valid long-term.
How does the platform handle prohibited content?
For prohibited content (adult, violence, copyright infringement, etc.), the system will not process and may suspend accounts. Please follow our terms of service.
Are generated files saved permanently?
Generated output files, including 3D models, videos, and images, are available to download for 30 days after the job completes. Please download any files you need during that window. After it ends, preview and download access may be removed, and files may be automatically cleaned up and may not be recoverable.
