Billing and Credit Information
- Purchase records, subscription status, plan, credit balance, refund status, and credit transaction history
- Payment details are processed by payment providers such as Creem or PayPal. We do not store full card numbers
Uploaded Content and Generated Output
- Images, prompts, files, 3D model outputs, previews, job metadata, and processing status needed to provide generation, history, download, support, and abuse-prevention features
- Technical metadata such as file type, model choice, generation settings, timestamps, and error logs
Usage, Device, and Security Data
- Pages visited, feature usage, IP-derived region, browser type, device information, logs, and security events
- Cookies or local storage may be used for login, language, preferences, attribution, and product functionality
How We Use Information
- Provide AI generation, storage, previews, downloads, account, billing, subscription, and credit features

Service Providers and AI Processing
We may use trusted service providers for hosting, storage, AI model processing, payment processing, email, analytics, monitoring, and support. Uploaded content and generated outputs may be transmitted to these providers only as needed to operate the service. Providers are expected to process data on our behalf and not use it for unrelated purposes.
Limited Human Access and Review
Authorized personnel and contracted support or operations providers may access and manually review specific customer content, outputs, prompts, and job logs only when reasonably necessary for support, troubleshooting, refund or dispute review, abuse or safety investigations, legal compliance, or service quality validation. We do not use customer content for public marketing examples or model training unless that use is separately disclosed to you or you otherwise permit it.
Data Retention
- Account and billing records are retained while your account is active and as needed for tax, accounting, security, dispute, and legal requirements
- Uploaded content, generated output files, and previews are temporarily retained, typically for 30 days after a job completes, to provide history, downloads, and support. After that window, preview and download access may be removed, and files may be automatically deleted under our operational lifecycle policies
- Job metadata, transaction records, support records, security logs, and abuse-prevention records may be retained for longer where reasonably needed for billing, tax, accounting, security, dispute handling, legal compliance, product reliability, or support
- Guest or temporary uploads may be deleted sooner than signed-in user content
- Security, usage, and operational logs are retained for a limited period based on business and security needs
Data Protection
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS, access controls, isolated processing where practical, and operational monitoring. No online service can guarantee perfect security, but we work to reduce risk and respond to issues responsibly.
Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction of certain personal information. We may need to retain some records for billing, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, or legitimate business purposes.
